Calibrating Devices

Calibrating the Whiteboard makes the pen more accurate on the board.

Note: If you are using a Mobi View you will need to calibrate if using the Notes option.

The Whiteboard features a shortcut soft key on the side of the board for quick calibration.

OR select the device icon from the Device Manager window.

o Click the Options button.

o Select Calibrate.

A blue screen appears with instructions.

Click on each cross-hair target as it appears on the screen.

The blue screen disappears after the last cross-hair target is clicked.

The Interactive Pen

Boards and Mobi’s require an interactive pen.

To left click, tap on the board or Mobi with the pen tip.

To right click, hold the pen just above the surface of the board or Mobi and press the upper

part of the button.

To double click, hold the pen just above the

surface of the board or Mobi and press the lower

part of the button.

Recharge the pen regularly.

o Place the pen firmly in the recharging holder.

o A light indicates if the pen is charging properly. Note: When charging the Mobi pen, a pen

and a battery icon appears on the KWIK screen indicating the pen is charging.

o Remember to return the pen to the recharging holder when not in use.

o Note: The Mobi pen only charges when the Mobi is being charged.

Launching Workspace

Click on the Start button.

Click on All Programs.

Hover over eInstruction until the menu opens.

Click on Interwrite Workspace. This will also put

the eInstruction icon in the System Tray.

Note: Once the icon is in the System Tray, clicking

on it will open Workspace.

OR, click on the Workspace icon on the desktop.
