To Print a File:
o Click on Menu > File > Print.
o Choose the options for the printer and click Print.
Previous/Next Page
Click Previous to navigate backward or Next to
navigate forward through already created pages.
Note: These buttons are also located on the Property Bar. The Property
Bar also displays the current page number and page count.
Page Sorter
Click on Page Sorter to view all pages.
To change the viewing size, click on Page Sorter Menu > Zoom and
then choose the desired page size.
To change the order of the pages, click on a page and drag it to the desired
location.
To delete a page, click on the page to be deleted and then click on
Delete.
Note: Pressing the Delete key on the keyboard also deletes the selected
pages when in the Page Sorter window. Click on Yes to
confirm the deletion.
Close the Page Sorter window when completed.
Save
Click on the Save tool.
Navigate to the location where the file is to be saved.
Note: The default location is C:\My Documents\EInstruction Workspace.
Enter a name for the file. The default name is the date.
Click on Save.
Toolbox
Click on the Toolbox tool to display a submenu of additional tools. (See page 17)
Exit
Click to exit Workspace completely.

Minimize Toolbar
Click on the Minimize Toolbar button to minimize the Workspace toolbar.
